The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Hong Kong. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Service.
